30-Day Return & Exchange

Our 30-Day Trial Period starts from the date you receive the product. We cannot process requests for credit or refunds due to non-quality issues after this period. 

TO REFUND: 

  • Dislike or Not Fit: Glasses can be returned for a 50% refund, excluding shipping and delivery fees. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used for the order.

  • Wrong or Broken Items Received: Please email us at service@sllac.com with a photo of the received items. We offer a free remake or a full refund based on your preference.

  • Blurry Vision: The blurry vision may be caused for many reasons. To help you accordingly, please send us a photo of your original prescription for review first with your order number.

TO EXCHANGE:

  • Dislike or Not Fit: Glasses can be returned for a one-time-use 100% store credit excluding shipping and delivery fees.

  • Wrong or Broken Items Received: Please email us at service@sllac.com with a photo of the received items. We offer a free remake or a full refund based on your preference.

HOW TO RETURN?

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department at service@sllac.com to approve the return.
  2. All returns must be returned in their unworn, original, condition, in the original case include an eyeglass case and lens cleaning cloth. Package your glasses securely and make sure to include your name, contact information order number and why you returned the glasses.
  3. We recommend shipping your return by a traceable method. (sllac.com is not responsible for shipping damages or lost shipments.)
  4. Once your return is received, we will process refund in 7 working days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.

12-Month Warranty

Customers will enjoy a 12-month warranty (12 months after receiving the products), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care. Please note that our standard 12-month warranty does not cover lens scratches. Scratches on lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not eligible for warranty claims. We recommend using appropriate cleaning cloths and storage cases to help prevent scratches and prolong the life of your lenses. If lens scratches occur, we offer affordable lens replacement options.
